### 1. Preise

Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer, soweit diese anfällt. Versand- und Verpackungskosten werden gesondert ausgewiesen und beim Checkout berechnet.

Lieferungen in Drittländer außerhalb der EU, zum Beispiel Schweiz, USA oder Großbritannien, können umsatzsteuerfrei gemäß § 4 Nr. 1a in Verbindung mit § 6 UStG erfolgen. Etwaige im Zielland anfallende Einfuhrabgaben, Zölle und Steuern trägt der Käufer. Informationen zur Höhe erteilt die zuständige Zollbehörde im Zielland.

### 2. Zahlung

Die verfügbaren Zahlungsmethoden werden beim Checkout angezeigt. Dazu können insbesondere Kreditkarte, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Lastschrift sowie weitere Zahlungsarten gehören.

### 3. Versandkosten

Die Versandkosten werden abhängig vom Zielland, der Lieferadresse, dem Bestellumfang und dem Bestellgewicht beim Checkout berechnet und vor Abschluss der Bestellung angezeigt.

### 4. Lieferzeiten

Die voraussichtliche Lieferzeit ist bei jedem Produkt in der Artikelbeschreibung oder beim Checkout angegeben. Die Angaben gelten ab Zahlungseingang.

Bei Bestellungen in Länder außerhalb der EU können sich die Lieferzeiten durch Zollabfertigung, lokale Zustellprozesse oder andere Umstände im Zielland verlängern.

### 5. Liefergebiet

Wir liefern in alle Länder, die von unserem Produktions- und Versandpartner Printful unterstützt werden. Eine aktuelle Übersicht der belieferbaren Länder finden Sie unter:

Lieferungen an Postfächer, Packstationen oder vergleichbare Abholstationen können je nach Zielland, Versanddienstleister oder Produkt ausgeschlossen sein.

### 6. Versand und Produktion

Alle physischen Produkte werden als Print-on-Demand direkt von Printful.com produziert und versandt. Nach Zahlungseingang wird die Bestellung an Printful übermittelt. Produktion und Versand erfolgen durch Printful.

Veranstaltungstickets werden nicht physisch versandt. Nach Zahlungseingang erhalten Sie Ihre Tickets per E-Mail an die bei der Bestellung angegebene E-Mail-Adresse.

### 7. Paketverfolgung

Sofern für die jeweilige Versandart verfügbar, erhalten Sie mit der Versandbestätigung automatisch eine Paketnummer. Damit können Sie den Lieferstatus direkt beim jeweiligen Versanddienstleister verfolgen.

### 8. Bestellstatus

Den aktuellen Status Ihrer Bestellung können Sie über den in der Bestellbestätigung enthaltenen Link einsehen. Über relevante Statusänderungen, insbesondere Zahlungseingang und Versand, werden Sie automatisch per E-Mail informiert.

### 9. Rabatte

Für Unternehmen und Vereine können abhängig vom Bestellwert individuelle Rabattkonditionen angeboten werden. Anfragen bitte vor Auftragserteilung an:

Eine rückwirkende Rabattgewährung nach abgeschlossener Bestellung ist nicht möglich.

# Shipping Methods

### 1. Prices

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping and packaging costs are shown separately and calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU, for example Switzerland, the USA or the United Kingdom, may be exempt from German VAT. Any import duties, customs fees and local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs authority for details.

### 2. Payment

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. These may include credit card, PayPal, direct debit, instant bank transfer and additional payment methods.

### 3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, delivery address, order size and order weight. They are displayed before completing your order at checkout.

### 4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are listed in each product description or shown at checkout. Delivery estimates apply from the date payment is received.

Orders shipped outside the EU may experience additional delays due to customs processing, local delivery procedures or other circumstances in the destination country.

### 5. Delivery Area

We ship to all countries supported by our production and shipping partner Printful. For a current list of supported countries, please visit:

Delivery to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers or similar pickup locations may be excluded depending on the destination country, shipping carrier or product.

### 6. Shipping and Production

All physical products are produced and shipped on demand directly by Printful.com. Once payment is received, your order is forwarded to Printful. Production and dispatch are handled by Printful.

Event tickets are not shipped physically. After payment, your tickets will be delivered by e-mail to the address provided at checkout.

### 7. Order Tracking

Where available for the selected shipping method, a tracking number is included automatically in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This allows you to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.

### 8. Order Status

You can check the current status of your order via the link included in your order confirmation. You will also receive automatic e-mail notifications for relevant status updates, including payment received and shipped.

### 9. Discounts

Individual discount terms may be available for businesses and registered associations depending on order value. Please contact us before placing your order:
